About this studio
Our Fremont rooms are built around the instruments. Each grand studio holds a single tuned piano, a bench, and enough space for a teacher to sit alongside. The classroom seats a group around an upright plus four weighted keyboards, so a professor can run an ensemble class without anyone waiting their turn. Humidity is held between 40 and 50 percent year-round -- the single biggest factor in keeping a soundboard stable -- and every piano is tuned on a scheduled cycle rather than on complaint.
